While growing up in California, Bethany was exposed to folk art from around the world. Because of her proximity to a variety of vibrant, colorful and artistic cultures, she found a passion for Mexican folk art and vivacious chalk art. This opened Bethany's eyes to the possibilities of intricate vivid assemblage, helping her find her voice, allowing her to communicate her imaginings with the world.
